We were fortunate enough to catch this instance of Groovesday as the day turned into night, the night into morning, and rolled over into All Hallow’s Eve. So we try to keep it dark and themed for all you trick or treaters out there.

Interesting show today because, due to technical difficulties, the first hour of recording you get is ‘faked’. The first hour didn’t record, but I was so happy with the song selection, I emailed myself the playlist so i could recreate the show for yall later. Its pretty dern mellow there the first hour, wide range of material from some abstract house (I F*N LOVE HOUSE MUSIC) to Charley Pride etc.

I try to dip again into the utmost classics in my book – even all the way through the bed music (spot your favorites). Another classic slant I take is – trying to showcase songs that contain some of my most favorite instrumental work. For example, the guitar solo in Pancho and Lefty (perfection!).
Since it is about the classics, and I have an intense love affair with the glitch, I didn’t edit out the crazy mid-song cd glitch that totally beat up on my mojo.
