Thursdays are request day. And if you make a bunch of requests, you get the pleasure of waiting to see them roll out a week at a time.
I remember making this one to sound a bit tracker-y and funky on purpose, amidst a slew of trying to make things sound generic and polished. I was also still totally riding the high of some synth heavy stuff I had been jamming the year before. This was all about the FATness of synth programming and also using horns which is something I never do.
