Happy Birthday Charlie. I wrote this song for Charlie cause he was like a huge reason I got into this music in the first place. He needed a theme song and we were both brought up on high-energy and psuedo acid/rave sounds out of Europe. As such, this is the most dj-friendly tune I’ve ever done, I think. The casual listener might be a little put-off by the twelve-inch-ness of it, buildups and whatnot, but to my dear fellow DJs, please take this one and run with it.

Fast paced jungle + some drum n bass originally intended to be set to an acapella of Eminem. That’s one of my favorite tracks off that album. This one is entirely buzz tracker junglism.
Borderline drill-n-bass but not enough rolls, I suppose.

Hump day humpin for ya, acid style.
I will willingly attribute any awesomeness found in these digital frequency representations to be wholly due to the company of my homey Hswowsh, who was chilling in the Furnace with me as I reached over and hit ‘record’ on the tape deck while preparing for my show later that night.
This is therefore short, unrehearsed, distorted acidy excursions for your mind and your rear end.
Homebuilt 303 (x0x) -> amp sim + mpc all being digitally mixed through a newly refurbished Yamaha DMP-7. Whodathunk that analog -> digital -> analog conversion ala 1986 would sound so sweet?

Inspiration found in the strangest places. I named this one ‘bulldog’ after a distortion I was using, ‘pampurfe’ or something like that, a buzz machine whose skin is a smiling ass bulldog. Anyway, my boy Keith is in town and he loves the bulldogs so this one is inspired by Moose.

Request. Collaboration with my boy Scotty P, up in Montreal.
We shared a taste for industrial and harder stuff amongst our more strictly techno peers. This track is what Scott came up with after I sent him some guitar tracks. He really took it to the next level with this one…I just recorded these jams, and had no idea what to expect.
Claim to fame with this one too….anybody remember mp3.com? It was like a ‘indie’ itunes type place, way before iTunes existed, and they had charts and rankings of music, etc. We charted #2 in the Industrial Dance category which got us a lot of exposure. Not bad for kids just learning to drive.
